And this realization has long been recognized by enlightened social educators who put social skill development at the same level of importance as academic skills. Since the invention of the television, the way we take in information has evolved greatly. The distinct nature of humans creates a subliminal desire for us to modify our personality, behavior and actions in some way on the television. Maybe someone wants to appear funnier or more stern. This idea of the television affecting behavior transfers across the board. One area that is has greatly affected is the sporting world, more specifically the football world.

Many things were different before everyone put so much hype toward that NFL Sunday Ticket. Look at football many years ago for instance. Games were much lower scoring and attacks from passes rarely occurred. There was far less specialty as members of the team played both defense and offense. Someone scored a touchdown and the audience applauded and the game continued. There were no delays due to showboating from an individual player trying to get a reaction from the crowd. Football was about two teams coming together to get down and dirty to determine an outcome, a winner and a loser.

As the years started to pass, athletes with more exceptional talent began joining the ranks. Many people in fact attribute the change in football to the increased athleticism and showmanship of players, as opposed to the satellite TV that now broadcasts the games around the globe. Players like Don Hutson and Bear Bryant came into the picture and knocked the socks off live audiences during their reign at Alabama during college. Hutson is thought to be the person reasonable for popularizing the passing game that has grown to take over football as we know it today. Through the consistent use of the following health and fitness tips hopefully I can aid you, even if just a little bit, to stay on track with your health and fitness goals. We all know that when we start down a path to regaining our health, that the path is riddled with detours and it is easy to get off track. So to stay on track I recommend some sort of tracking system. I know that recording your stats seems like a tedious thing to do but, if you do not know where you have been how do you know where you are going?

In the past I have used a simple spreadsheet for recording my daily weight, workout routine, and all the meals and calories that were consumed. In addition I added charts that utilized the data that was input into the sheets to use as a visual aid to make sure that I am trending in the direction of my health and fitness goals. You can do this even if you do not have a computer or do not know how to make a spreadsheet. Simply use a notebook and some graph paper.

It is amazing how a simple graph can reveal habits that otherwise would have remained undetected. For instance, I found that without fail I would eat healthy meals in my target calorie allotment for 7-10 days and then I would binge and consume enough calories for 2 days in one sitting. After discovering this trend it was easily corrected by increasing my daily calorie intake just a little bit, so I did not feel the need to “pig out” once a week.

The next health and fitness tip is to set realistic goals and to put them in writing. I think that it is very important to put into writing what you would like to accomplish. You should write down your goal in your own handwriting and post it in at least 3 different places so that you will see it throughout your day. This serves as a gentle reminder and will help aid as a deterrent for neglecting your plan.

When stating your goal start out with a short timeline, attain that goal and write out the next one for a lengthier period. Your goal should be measurable and attainable. This is when you need to be honest with yourself and set realistic goals but be careful not to be too easy on yourself.

The last health and fitness tip is to run away from processed foods like the plague. Somebody once said that staying fit is 90% nutrition and 10% exercise. Think about it for a second. Most people eat 3-4 times a day and when you contrast that to how much we exercise it does make some sense. So my tip is to make the eating thing easier on you by simply staying away from processed and packaged foods. Choose healthful foods instead. Once you get into the habit of making your own meals with preferably organic, naturally raised and grown whole foods, you will find that it does not take much time at all. By eating these types of foods you will probably be eating healthier than you usually do. Keep in mind that portion size is a big thing also. In time you would not even crave those bad foods anymore.

Co-REC soccer Seattle Washington is the association of footballers’ encouraging every body to join and play soccer. Teaching techniques and enhancing your skills in the field of soccer. The association began since 1982 and start teaching with 9 people. Until they successfully manage a large number of people who are willing to learn more about soccer. Now for about 7,000 players of men and women’s enroll in their organization. For every season they organized 350 teams or more for 60 divisions.

They also organized some competition for soccer event giving chance to every player to join and compete with other. Because of that amateur competition they easily discover who has the potential to become the best player. They were hiring some professional referee to handle their class. They focusing the students and building their own team.

Co-REC soccer professional referees’ will be their personal coach also. Referees’ will monitoring their schedule, evaluate players, motivating their students, handling try-outs and doing the reports for their players. They submit records of their students who have the potential in the field of soccer and also students who have many violations and not following the rules and regulations.

The association provided all the soccer gears, completing the facilities that the student needs including during emergencies. When the students had injuries during playing soccer games they make sure that they have clinics and giving them their first aid.

The association continuously learning and exploring what they have to contribute to give their best for the students. On and on they give the announcement for the next season giving the opportunity to everyone to build their dreams.
